Min Joo Baek, NP

Min Joo began her career as an oncology nurse at Emory University Hospital’s Hematology and Medical
Oncology department, where she provided compassionate care to cancer patients. During this time, she
witnessed many patients lose confidence as they faced the physical effects of chemotherapy, such as hair
loss, skin discoloration, and weight fluctuations. This deeply impacted her and strengthened her commitment to easing her patients’ suffering.

After several years as an oncology nurse, Min Joo had the profound realization that she could further her
commitment by combining her nursing expertise with her passion for aesthetics—helping individuals not only look beautiful but restore their confidence. This inspired her to join Stella Skin & Laser, where she has been dedicated to client care for several years while completing the family nurse practitioner program at the University of North Georgia in spring 2024.
